    Workshield® is web-delivered, efficient and integrated 24/7 platform to help monitor and respond to all workplace incidents across multiple operational sites. It links your managers, as well as external agents, in one collaborative workspace.

    All data is held in a secure location and can be easily monitored by approved users at any time. The platform can be implemented externally hosted (SaaS) or on-site (Local).

    Incidents can be notified and validated: investigations can be initiated or del at any point and delegated. Any resulting corrective actions can then be transparently progressed via a predetermined workflow.

    Reporting is real time. It takes just secconds to access a full audit trail or find key information.

    Workshield Delivery Process

Multi-site and remote input for incidents (and safety observations) via a dedicated web form - or even call centre. This form, tailored to your requirements, captures the key information and allows for immediate investigation workflow action, if necessary.

There is the ability to up load key documents, escalate and/or instruct legal advisors, based on business rules.

Investigations can be initiated and processed and every record is stored in an index. The file summary shows key data (Root Cause Analysis) plus when the investigation actioned / closed details. You can quickly navigate back to the actual incident to check event context.

A separate section of the platform displays claim information. There is a record for every individual claim. The File Summary claim page shows timelines, tasks, key documents and related financial information.

External agents can be connected to the system. Permissions to view section this can be set and data can be identified if necessary.

Every incident has its risk grade details presented in a matrix. You can compare sites and regions. There are also agreed risk alerts.

Your Risk Register and Hazards Index) can be stored, maintained and referenced in a discreet section of the platform.

Sequential workflow engine allows you to initiate investigations, start, manage and close out all corrective actions. An audit trail details actions taken to improve safety systems.

The report menu is extensive. Approved users can access data-rich real time reports with filters from within the web portal. The reports can be viewed on line by your management team.
